Step 1
The workflow starts with auction-facing information such as parcel identifiers, auction timing, opening bids, and available county references. Those records can change, so the dashboard treats them as a current research snapshot rather than a final statement of property condition.
Step 2
County data is rarely formatted for easy comparison. We organize APNs, cities, area labels, opening bids, assessment context, and status fields into a cleaner interface so users can compare similar records inside Los Angeles instead of jumping across unrelated sources.
Step 3
Opening bids, reported winning bids, dates, and record counts describe different parts of the research. We show their source and coverage limits rather than treating an opening bid as a purchase price or an assessment as a resale estimate. Assessor-derived scoring stays unavailable until verified field evidence supports it. These comparisons are not appraisals, title opinions, investment recommendations, or guarantees.
