Official Publication

Where the current list comes from

The Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector publishes each active property list on its Schedule of Upcoming Auctions page. The county also links the registration vendor, terms, special conditions, and remaining-property list for that sale.

LA County used GovEase for the April and June 2026 auctions. A platform name from an older guide should never be treated as proof that a parcel is currently available.

Lists change as owners redeem property or the county withdraws items. The final check belongs on the county page and auction platform immediately before bidding.

Field Guide

Read each row as a source record

AIN

The Assessor Identification Number used to reconcile county, assessor, and map records.

Minimum bid

The county's opening amount for the listed sale, not an estimate of property value.

Sale status

Whether the parcel remains listed, was removed, sold, or belongs only to historical records.

Special conditions

County notices that may identify additional restrictions, liens, or required review.

Between Auctions

Historical research stays useful

Prior auction records can show where listings have appeared, how often cities are represented, and which records deserve deeper follow-up. Historical rows are labeled as history and are not presented as bid-ready inventory.

When a List Opens

Current views require verification

Active results, exports, ranked opportunity views, and auction messaging remain paused until the official schedule and current parcel list agree. A zero-row verified state means there is no active list, not that the scraper silently failed.

Parcel Verification

No score replaces the official record

Match the AIN and legal description across the auction list, Assessor, maps, title work, and any condition notices. A street address alone is not enough.

Verify access, permitted use, structures, occupants, liens, environmental conditions, and the final sale status before bidding. County property is sold as is.

Tax Sale Intel organizes research records; it does not guarantee title, condition, value, access, or availability.

Keep your research ready

Work from historical records now, then switch to current inventory when the next official list is verified.
